Synergy Scores

Synergy is a measure of how well a particular retailer "fits" the center or retail area where it is located or is considering locating. Collections of stores that appear often together in centers across the country are said to be "synergistic."

Many of the centers and retail areas our database have sufficient information for us to evaluate the "fit" of a specific retailer to the center or the area.
